Property Maintenance:

With such a diversified portfolio of properties there are, inevitably, from time to time, maintenance issues that arise. Palmbest has its own in-house property maintenance department which manages anything from minor maintenance issues to major refurbishment projects. This in-house capability allows us to respond to and manage such issues immediately.
